Wanting to Know you Wens.

what was the last movie you watched on Netflix? would you recommend it?

last night me and my husband watched HappyThankYouMorePlease on netflix's instant watch. I read a review where someone called it this year's Garden State, and i have to say that's a pretty good comparison. I was amazed that Josh Radnor wrote, directed, and starred in this film. If this movie was a book, i would have underlined a bunch of his lines.

your turn. suggest a movie for me, please! and if you saw this one, what did you think? (the dinner scene between sam#2 and annie, le sigh)

+ another good netflix watch i saw recently

You had me at Josh Radnor. I watched pretty much all of How I Met Your Mother, all 6 seasons, in like a month. I watched Frisco Kid on Netflix a while back and it was really good. It's a Harrison Ford/Gene Wilder movie.

I don't get movies from Netflix (the Canadian version sucks) but the last movie I saw was In Time with Justin Timberlake. While I really liked the concept of the storyline, the ending sucked.

The last two Netflix movies I saw was The Lovely Bones (depressing) and True Grit (good). Sadly, I've been so busy lately that I haven't had much time for movies & tv. But maybe that really is a good thing.

Just got One Day in the mail and I can't wait to watch it. We saw Larry Crowne - which I loved because Tom Hank is so cute, plus I love the message that life is short.
We also saw Crazy, Stupid, Love - which was crazy, stupid, good!
Then for a more offbeat movies I would recommend Dedication and Once.

So glad you finally watched this! I knew you would love it. It's one of my favorite films and it's SO well written. The performances and cinematography are killer as well. C and I watched it about a week ago and he really liked it as well. Though he called Sam #2 a creeper, haha. Whatever, I don't think he was, he was amazing! So glad you watched this after a little push from me, it's such a gem. <3 <3
