I finished all three seasons of Parenthood - and can't start watching 1/2 way through season 4 on tv.

I really wanted to like this when we first attempted to watch it a couple of weeks ago [especially since it was filmed in my hometown!], but it was a hopeless cause. maybe I'll give it another shot at some point.
I wanted to live in Toronto seeing their charming neighborhood.
I guess I used to be such a hopeless cause so it struck a chord. Ha Marianne felt the same way at first saying it was slow and then you're like, where are they going with this? But I love movies like this in general.
I loved the director's use of music with it (like the 2nd pic, that scene). The uncomfortableness of it all… and the lighthouse.
Oh, girl! I saw this on Netflix today and I can't wait to watch it. I'm going to be watching so much Netflix over Christmas Break! I'm going home from the 21st to the 1st. SO EXCITED.
