We rang in the new year at home with our three dogs, dancing in our pajamas to "love song" on vinyl -- a sweet gift from my bestie {i think everything sounds better on a turntable}.
We started the first day of 2012 reading some food for the soul (we get one every christmas from his mama) and delicious italian new years panettone, a gift from my seester Maria who lives in Pisa.
quiet intimate moments with my husband... i can't think of a better way to welcome a new year of adventures.

can't beat a record player, we still have one, listening to Simple Minds Live in The City of LIght is one of my fav things to do when i'm feeling nostalgic..maybe i'll do a blog post on that soon!! Happy New Year to you my dear blog friend!
