Four years ago, two best friends (who were already in love but not quite "official") voted together for Obama.
These two best friends are now this smiley girl's parents.
*i know it's not smart to talk politics or religion like ever, but this Mama's for Obama. And yet-- as the first polls start to close, Felix girl and I just said a prayer for both candidates and their families. We prayed that whoever is elected will be the best leader for our country.
Here's to an exciting election night in America!

I am totally in love with her crazy wild hair. It looks like a shark fin :) I hadn't seen a pic of her smiling like this yet . . . SO CUTE!
I voted around noon today and have been anxious since then. Will be stalking the news tonight and hoping to open my celebratory champagne should Obama win! :)

Such a cutie! I love what you said about praying for the candidates. The winner always needs our hope and support, no matter which party they are affiliated with. After all, so much of our lives are in their hands!
