what would yours say?

"art first, then furniture."

that was the belief of this house owner. i always lived with various room mates or that boyfriend; never acquiring furniture of my own.

the one thing i always had was art.

i love this framed piece.

i am a talker, but more than anything i accidentally without realizing tend to interrupt people. i don't mean to, honest! but something will remind me of another personal situation and without thinking i eject like i'm going to forget it. it's one of my glorious faults.

so mine would say, "I must not interrupt."

How PERFECT is that...i LOVE it ♥
I frame my childrens art work...writings too. They are ALL over our home like this one.

Mine would say: I must not shop.

I must not frown when I disagree with you. (Apparently this honesty is unappreciated in the corporate world! LOL)

WOW, Mine said, I will not talk, I will not talk. I had an entire spiral, and couldn't tell you where it is now. I was in the 4th grade.

Together you and I would never get a word in edgewise! We'd be constantly interrupting each other, what with all our enthusiasm and need to share! But we'd love each other and forgive each other anyway. They'd be lively conversations, that's for sure!

So... mine might say the same as yours. But I think it might also say "Don't be so hard on yourself." Because seriously, I am my own worse enemy.

I hope your letter gets there soon!

I'm the same way. Books, art, and clothes before furniture.

Mine would say the same thing!
So many times I get WAY TOO EXCITED to wait my turn to talk so I have to shout it out now! Haha.
PS I realize I forgot to thank you for my wonderful postcard, it's hanging on our fridge right now!

Haha that is really great! Mine would say I will not procrastinate today!

P.S. I adore your gorgeous glitter flats from the before post (and your cute little tatt...I want one on my foot and wrist...though Jason wants me to get one up the side of the stomach lol)

oh! i do that too! and i only notice AFTER i have already interrupted!

haha I'm an interrupter too. It comes with being a passionate, excitable person, I think! But I think mine would say something like:
I will make healthy decisions
or
I will take care of things right away
or something. :)

In fact, maybe I should write those lines. Who knows, maybe the old school teachers were onto something!

i love that and I am with you, the art and the knick knacks comes way before the furniture.

I am just like you, i am always interrupting. We have talked about this before. Our minds are just moving so fast. I always tell my sis that writing letters is a more effective way to communicate with me.... LOL

I actually had to write lines like that in school when I was a kid. the memories...

this is greast! i'm fairly sure mine would say...
i must not expect others to tidy up after me....

i'm so messy!

I love this!

Mine would say, either: Love yourself , trust in yourself... or think bout what you say before saying it... not sure, haha

I love that anything can become a fabulous piece of art. although, I have to admit that I wouldn't want to see anything to telling me repeatedly what I can't do... instead, I think mine would be an affirmation of sorts.
like... you can have it all. or my all time favorite - breathe deep ~ seek peace. or give your love away.
I'd rather have something that helps guide me about what to do vs. what not to do!

i'm proud to say that I never had to write lines...but if I did it would probably be something like:

I will not take off my shoes when they hurt my feet.
