quick hello from El Paso!!!

hello lovies!

it's micaela, feeling very carrie bradshaw on my pink laptop in our "classy" room at the motel 6 (where they allow our 3 pups). My husband just left for his first day of work... he was so nervous, i wished i could go for him, knowing how shy he is. But he looked handsome and confident in his suit, which is half of it right?

i can't believe after staying overnight in Atlanta *where i got to meet this beautiful girl* we managed to drive straight into the night and morning to our new home. seeing the mountains during the sunrise... breathtaking!

el paso is really beautiful.

we're looking at a house tonight and i'm praying it works out. it's so stressful moving isn't it? especially when you're living out of a motel 6.

more soon, but for now-- enjoy my darling friends as they continue to keep you company with their sweet hearts.

xoxo miss you all!

So happy to hear that you are safe and almost settled. You and your sweet family are in my thoughts. Moving is so hard. Staying in a Motel 6 isn't very easy either. The things we do for our puppies. Oh, but they are so worth it.

love love,
Kitty

Darling girl, even without the pink laptop in the motel room, you are SO Carrie Bradshaw!

Hope Max has a fab first day at work, and that your house-hunting is a success. I can't wait to send a letter to your new address!

Happy New Year, Micaela. I'm so glad to know you. xoxo

I'm squealing with delight being reminded of our breakfast together in Georgia!!! I wrote some more about it today on my blog and cannot WAIT for a real (and much longer) visit. Have we ever discussed our pink laptops?? Mine is a regular silver Macbook Pro but it has a permanent hot pink case and I looooooove it! :) Too funny. I miss you heaps and need a phone date soon. I've been so busy I'm basically spinning :( but will have down time possibly tonight & definitely tomorrow night! xoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxox

I hope you two have found a house! Moving is so stressful and I can't imagine making such a big move right after your wedding (we moved the day after Christmas so we're only a little crazy!)
