my pair just like this (except black) are now chewed in half, a lens missing... in other words, beyond repair.
and i might just cry.
oh they are lucky i love them so much.
my sweet husband-to-be found the damage before i did (they slipped off the bedroom night table) and was so afraid to tell me, it was cute.
i just put my head down on the table and couldn't say anything, i was so upset.
i don't wear designer anything but these glasses were a splurge i gave myself when i had quit the news station. i loved them! and just the other day i told myself i would wear them more often.
alas...
max offered to buy me a new pair. i truly do have the best husband-to-be. this i know.
speaking of puppies, i am LOVING all the photos you've been sending in of your babies! you have until wens to keep them coming, and please do. Seeing your furry dog children makes me smile.

Lol!!! wait until you have your children it doesn't get prettier... And Max is the best.. Humbe will do the same thing with Miguelito he feels so bad and doesn't want to show me the things he will sometimes break.....

sorry about your glasses :( i saw your post on facebook about it, and chip's last comment had me nearly dying with laughter! i could just see little maverick as a dog prisoner, wearing stripes, with little scratch marks in her prison cell for each day she'd been there! he's always been so quiet (okay, not that i've been around him all that much), i didn't know he was a comedian!
I know exactly how you feel! My glasses are designer and I wore them on a night out (stupid idea in the first place) smashed my face on a curb and down the drain they went! :( I was more upset about my glasses than the half a tooth I was missing!
Aww, I'm so sorry for your loss! Isn't that just like the Universe to remind you to use something then have your dog chew them to bits. Le sigh...
Glasses are one of my splurges to and would be devestated if they got broken. Max is such a sweetie!
oh no! thankfully max brings you some much cheer! how funny that this happened in the week you are collecting everyone's dog pics. smooches to your pups, they don't know their own strength! :)
OH NO!! and I am in love with those. YOu know me in glasses. I have readers in every room of my house.
