my fiance calls it "blog power" ... i call it absolute kindness.

remember when i posted this desperate little cry for help, asking anyone that lived in the UK to send me this special issue of HELLO! magazine that i needed to have? that i would be willing to pay for it?

here it is in my arms! i very well may be the biggest Robbie Williams fan there ever was and i'm okay with that. He IS my present day Elvis.

in a matter of minutes of publishing that blog post, Phoebe volunteered to buy it for me. I sent her the funds through paypal and it was in the mail on it's happy little way to me the very next day. She even included the edition before this one, with the engagement photos. Kindness, i tell ya!

as if that wasn't enough... my old reporter friend back in texas just happened to check out what was going on in my world and saw that post. She laughed first and then called me to say that her aunt tommie has always subscribed to HELLO! and would send me her copy after she was done reading it. Seriously, what are the odds that her aunt would subscribe to it here in the states & that Ann happened to "creep my blog" that particular day as she called it. (i love ann arnold!)

One copy to keep pristine, one copy to flip through a dozen hundred times. {yes, i very well may be the biggest Robbie Williams stalker  er fan there ever was}

i love that all their dogs were included in their wedding.
i love that they have all those dogs!

But the kindness of this issue does not stop there... Catherine sent along an issue {along with chocolate & tea!} and the sweetest letter. All this kindness? all this robbie? well let my big silly grin do the talking.

wouldn't we make the cutest couple? alas...

bless my husband-to-be for putting up with my teeny-bopperishness.

Catherine, thank-you for the copy because my Momma's a huge fan just like me {she gave me Elvis, i gave her Robbie} so i got to pass one on to her thanks to you!

Ooh, and I might just have cut a special feature out of a UK newspaper for you whilst I was over there... It's waiting to be mailed along with your letter. Soon, I promise!

Yayyy! I'm so happy for you. I seriously thought about buying two copies of the Katy Rolling Stone, but I guess I'll just scan it for extra copies. haha

haha, glad you got the magazine you wanted! And how cool to have two copies--one for reading and one for a shrine! haha.

You're freakin CUTE and so is your mama and I can't believe you got three copies! I didn't even know who Robbie was until you . . . but I think he's pretty hot, despite the coiffed hair. ;)

love ya!

I have to snicker just a little because my Take That man Gary Barlow has aged SO well and although once was called "the fat white one in the band often pushed aside for glimpses of Robbie Williams and Mark Owen" (how sad that I can quote Gary from a Smash Hits article more than 10 years ago???! hahaha we are such dorks!) after watching our men in their new music video a million times I have to say Gary is much sexier (although Mom who viewed it with me will ALWAYS agree with you and went on and on about how much she loves Robbie just like you lol she will love that magazine! haha). Always was, always will be hahaha :) I love thinking of our happy childhood and the fact that Take That was the soundtrack of so many of those memories :) I will always think of your Robbie taking your black bra from YOUR hand and swinging it around on stage :) BLISS!!! We MUST go see them on tour :) We owe it to our 12 year old girls inside of us that will never be lost no matter how old we are :)

Have you seen the new robbie/gary barlow song? I saw it for the first time yesterday and thought of you - even thomas knows how much you love robbie now :) x
