♥ right now as i type this, it's 1:53 a.m. Lately my sleep schedule has been off (i think Felix is trying to prepare me for our nights together) earlier this week at 4 a.m. i rearranged our art wall in the living room when i couldn't sleep.
♥ sleepless in El Paso also means etsy dream shopping.
twinkie bought us the pair of vintage gold fawn on white sippy cups! i think i'll use one for cotton balls in the nursery and the other one i'm saving for her to use when she's a tot.
♥ i don't mind the insomnia when my baby girl is the reason (especially those adorable toes pressing against my ribs-- ugh!) these were from our check up last Friday. Will you look at that kissy profile? so in love.
♥ Erin found this newspaper article on Robbie Williams tucked away in her suitcase. It's from her trip to London summer of 2010 -- she realized she had never sent it to me and included it in her last letter. Better than finding a $1 bill in a jean pocket i say! ;)
♥ Ornaments at the craft store reminded me that my blog's FOURTH annual ornament swap is just around the corner. I've met some of my favorite friendships through hosting this swap.
♥ i am so blessed by amazing friendships, that of course i can't end a week without sharing sweet gifts for our baby girl. Manny gave Felix her first Harajuku dress (he's always loved Gwen Stefani so it makes his gift even sweeter). Miranda, a girlfriend i've known since Junior High, made the storybook F while her daughter made my daughter the teeny bracelet that matches the pacifier holder that also has her name in blocks.
i just love handmade! like the newborn size teddy and card my pilates buddy Sarah gave us.
Happy Friday Lovies! what happy things are you ending the week with?
+please leave a link below if you do post-- i'd love to share in your happiness xo

I kind of love that you're still up late whilst I'm up early for work, how funny.
Those new scans of little Felix are adorable!! I can't wait to see her on here now, especially in that gorgeous little dress.
Also, I'm so excited about your swap this year, I'm thinking I might even make some ornaments for it, woop!

I am up late tonight cleaning and catching up on blogs. I cant say its because I have a baby though just the cleaning bug :)I love all the sweet gifts Felix has been receiving there is just so much cute baby things out there.
hearing my baby's heartbeat yesterday made me so happy. i wish we got to have more scans so that we could see what she looks like as she grows.
felix looks adorable--those little toes!
What a lovely, late-night post!
I'm up pretty early, drinking a pot of "Australian Afternoon" tea that Gracie brought and trying to keep the boys quiet while our house-guest sleeps a bit longer :)
Speaking of afternoon tea, we are going to a little tea house this afternoon to have the fancy sandwiches, scones & cream, lemon tarts and tea in pretty tea cups. And then we're going to do some thrifting and stationery shopping! It's going to be a lovely day. I wish you were here to enjoy it with us.
I can't believe it took me two years to send you that newspaper article. I clearly remember sneaking it out of the mean old in-laws' paper ;~)
I can't wait for the Christmas swap. I'd never have met you, my darling friend, if it hadn't been for your first one! Can't even imagine...
Baby Felix will be here soon! In the meantime, catch all the sleep you can!
More soon, dear M,
love E xoxoxo
Our 1:30 AM chat last night when we were both wide awake makes me a happy twinkie girl ;) Also on the list: repeat offender C.J. Wilson (LOML ;) seahorses and movies with mom!

Love you!! xoxo
Aah she's a beauty already! I'm ending my week with my kids, some dancing, some Jeremy Renner in The Town, and more kids -- woo hooo :)
I saw that pic on fb when Marianne posted it the other day . . . seriously, nothing I love more than baby twinkie photos. Y'all were THE CUTEST. I can't believe Felix is gonna be here so soon!
Rhianne, you know handmade is always the best :)
Erin, your & Gracie's fun dates sound just like perfection! I can't wait to hear all about it and see photographs of two of my favorite blog girls. I loved the newspaper and giggled at you finding it again. Love! and yes!!! to think, if i had never taken the jump to host my ornament swap, we would have never met. Too crazy to think about.
Janice, any plans that includes dancing is a happy one!
XO
I die. I love hearing your stories of you and your sister. It makes me look forward to when mine grow up...but not too happy, I'm relishing in their toddler-ness right now.
