the kind of sunday...

see the mountains in the background? that's my view when i look out our kitchen window, out onto our balcony back porch.

(summer months, i can not wait for you)

maverick asking to play in the snow.

she hops around like a rabbit, trying to keep up with Bubbles.

Today was a pretty day... A kind of sunday that calls for staying in your pajamas. The kind of Sunday that calls for grilled cheese and tomato soup.

Your house is the sweetest - your little love nest! And the most wonderful views!

I've always wanted a porch and/or a veranda (they are not common in Scotland). I have visions of boyfriend and I sitting on a veranda, drinking whisky out of a bottle, watching the sun setting. That's my dream!

oooo... that sounds like a perfect winter sunday to me! Are those the blue ridge mountains? I used to go camping there {I grew up in Chattanooga, TN}.

Wendy, whisky- my kind of girl. What a lovely image.

Kim, you are exactly right! :)
i love small world moments. Max's best friend used to work at a news station there in TN and said it was pretty.

M, i am so grateful to have my pink boots. the best gift ever! i have been thinking of what to get DF for valentines day and was going to buy him some rain boots, but i don't think he'd wear them lol

Danielle, cheesecake- what a cute name :) if only i didn't have to put the blowdryer to Maverick's fur after she jumps around in the snow... it's prob the one time she doesn't mind it though, it sticks to her fur otherwise. lol

Erin, i can't wait to get it :) i just know i will love it!!! i am sending you a valentines parcel today (in fact)! xoxo

LOST TOMORROW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
