"Love means never having to say you're sorry."

i made darling friend watch the movie that was one of my parent's first date.

at one point in the film, they're both studying on the couch together.

Max said very sweetly, "we never got to study together."
i think i would have loved to have studied with you Mr. Maxham.

Jennifer Cavalieri: You're gonna flunk out if you don't study.
Oliver Barrett IV: I am studying.
Jennifer Cavalieri: Bullshit. You're looking at my legs.
Oliver Barrett IV: You know, Jenny, you're not that great looking.
Jennifer Cavalieri: I know. But can I help it if you think so?

thank-you for watching this with me last night bf! even though you were so tired... so i will forgive you for falling asleep during the biggest moment in the entire film... the part that ALWAYS makes me cry... because, "love means never having to say you're sorry."

ps. how beautiful was Ali MacGraw? natural with striking features.

M, me and the bf were talking about the banter- old movies have the best dialogue. Very different and this movie is shot just the same. Original.

for those of you who may not know, it's a movie adapted from the book by Erich Segal.

i love it! vanessa, let me know what you think about it- you too Mina.

Girl with the golden touch, thanks so much for asking! I'm feeling much better, thank-you honey.
