something i've been working on...

collaged postcards.

glue stick + romance novel from goodwill + photo of my favorite bra + typing quotes / pieces from things i've read that fill my heart + paper bits + 11 p.m. equals this:

it was kismet that the page i tore out to use as the background actually fit with the quote

and remember the book i bought just for it's cover? it inspired this piece.

for christmas, my husband put ribbon/ink for my type-writer in my stocking.  i can't stop using it.

These are gorrrrrrrgeous. You have such a good eye and I've been dreaming of a typewriter. It's something a writer should have, right? I can't wait to see more of the results. I have to request that you make cards, too, though! I love them SO much but sometimes want more room than a postcard you know? They're beautiful. :)

These are so beuatiful. I just love how you put so many different things together and they tell one story. Don't you just love typed words. I wish I could find the ribbon for my old typewriter.
