show me a piece of art you love.
i thought it was time for another virtual play date! (our last one was red lips)
send me a photo of your favorite art work (one piece that means something to you hanging in your house) to micaela.maxham[at]gmail.com, subject: ART and tell me briefly about it (do include the artist). example: was it your first original art buy? or a gift from a special someone. or painted by a friend?
*don't forget to include your blog link if you have one
i'll post your photos right here on dolce vita next wens. so it'll be like our own art gallery. i'll bring the bubbly!
random: i always said if i was a piece of art, i'd be a frida kahlo.
{the above was our main living room wall in Virginia}

yay!! i love art! and boy do we have a piece we're proud of... :)
can't wait to send you my piece.
also, please go read my most recent post, i think you would appreciate it, especially after i told you about how chris & i are "technically engaged."
hope all is well, mrs. maxham <3
So pretty. I have to think about what to include . . . I have a few really meaningful ones! And as you know, many of the beautiful things on my wall come from you. :)
I can't wait to see everyone else's picks, too. This is such a good idea! Not only cause we love art, but because the voyeur in all of us gets to see a little piece of everyone else's home.
xoxoxo
You have a lovely blog my dear! Loved looking through all your posts! And I adore Coldplay and Time Traveler's Wife (one of my fave books!!)! So glad we got to know each other!
xoxo
